Students will learn how to operate an oven and will be familiarised with the various baking settings that a standard oven will have.

Whole wheat bread loaf
Whole wheat dinner rolls
Vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting
Chocolate cake with cream icing and ganache
Variations from the recipes will also be discussed, and students can build upon the techniques in class to work at home on a multitude of recipes.
