Photography is an art form that allows you to capture the world around with the press of a shutter, the process however tests your patience and perseverance! We click an image and the time freezes! Letting us dive in the moment and enjoy every minute detail of that moment.
This 16th, join us, for a fun three hour beginners workshop which is ideal for anybody looking to truly learn the FUNDAMENTALS OF PHOTOGRAPHY. This session will cover the following topics which includes theory and hands-on experience.
The Exposure Triangle: depth of field, aperture, shutter speed
Composing the Shot
Meet Your Camera (what parts do what and how to take care of them)
Our workshop is open to all the photography enthusiast no matter where they are standing in this journey of learning and mastering the art of photography. We request the participants to get their DSLRs along with all them and other lenses (just incase they have more). Amateurs or anybody who is interested in learning digital photography can attend this session.

We are planning to host the workshop once a months slowly introducing various genres of photography and moving to the advanced course in future.

Facilitator : Aasim Mistry is a photographer based in Bangalore,. He is into fashion, portrait, macro, landscape, product, real estate, events, candid wedding and specializes in people photography. He started out into the field of photography about six years back and what started as a hobby turned into a profession.
Has won multiple awards for his pictures on Pixoto.com. He is a mentor of a group called TGIS which conducts photo exhibitions every year at Chitrakala Parishad and the proceeds of this exhibition go for a noble cause to different NGOs. He has been teaching photography to the Post Grad students at Wigan and Leigh College.
