This two-day workshop will be covering guidance and pointers a practitioner can keep in mind while attempting postures that require open/flexible/mobile and strong hips and back. Hip opening and back bending is a crucial part of the yoga asana practice and as one goes deeper one must be fully aware of what they are demanding from their muscles, joints, and body as a whole.
This workshop has been carefully designed keeping in mind a yogic approach where breath and movement coordination is a priority. When a practitioner's mind and breath are in control, the physical body will always follow.
