We have tied up with our Health-Tech partner DOZEE, to bring you data during the practice of Yoga Nidra - on Heart Rate Variability (the main parameter to measure Stress levels). You will be able to understand how you respond to Yoga Nidra practice in terms of deep Relaxation.
MANISH POLE has been teaching Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra since 2003. He's the co-founder of Total Yoga, a yoga form that includes Yoga Nidra in the weekly schedule. Total Yoga is taught in Bangalore, Pune, USA, UK, UAE & NZ.

Workshop: Yoga Alliance Continued Education Program (3.5 hours)
We have divided the Workshop into 4 sections:
1) YOGA NIDRA Practice (30 mins)
2) ANALYSIS of Data on Stress Levels through health tracking (30 mins)
(These 2 sections are open to every Yogi to come and experience Yoga Nidra. The next 2 stages are best suited to Yoga Teachers and to those intending to understand the practice deeply)
3) Detailed LEARNING of Yoga Nidra, including:
- States of Consciousness & the Borderline state
- Yoga Nidra for Relaxation
- Yoga Nidra as a Transformation tool and 'Sankalpa'
- Yoga Nidra as a Learning practice
- Yoga Nidra to unearth one's Creative genius
- Yoga Nidra as a means of Self-discovery
4) Yoga Nidra TEACHING Methodology
- Stages of Yoga Nidra and deep learning into why each one works.
Students can attend the first 1 hour (Sections 1 & 2) and Yoga Teachers can remain for the entire 3.5 hours (Sections 3 & 4). This is a Certification Course (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Program) with 3.5 hours of credits for Teachers
