About the Workshop: With Ganesh Chaturthi around the corner, let’s draw and paint a beautiful graphical creation of Ganesha, with acrylic paint on canvas. No prior experience is needed to be part of this workshop.
The workshop will include an introductory quick sketch session, to familiarize each artist with creating a first draft version, before they move towards the canvas, propped on their easel, to start working on their final piece.
Also, a quick run through with the use of colors and understanding of composing with positive and negative space would be shared. Understanding form, balance and creating from scratch on a blank piece of canvas, be it a post-it sized artwork or a huge sized painting will be discussed, while we zone out in the creative space, not forgetting to enjoy the process, as we journey through those 3 hours.
All materials will be provided. Your take away will be your masterpiece, which can adorn your walls, and bring a smile on your face, every time, remember it is your own creation.
