Our legs are the foundation of our body as well as our asana practice. So this 24 March, bring your mat, your friends and let's show them legs some much needed love so they can support us and we can move deeper into our Asana practice. We will work on the flexibility of the Hamstrings to improve our forward folds, open up our hips and quads to work on front splits and pancake pose.
