An exciting new series of workshops that will look at exploring and celebrating our tangible and intangible heritage will highlight how our ancient heritage has time tested values to offer contemporary society.

Bharatiya Engineering Science and Technology Innovation University (B.E.S.T IU), Andhra Pradesh and Heritage take great joy in bringing these events to you, specially curated by a team of experts.

Institutions, scholars, and researchers of Indology and contemporary thought leaders will come together to present Traditional Food Science, Education, Artforms, Ayurveda, literature, Sanskrit, Yoga, Archaeology and much more in an attractive capsule which will be authentic, grounded and informative.


The JUST INDIC Think Bharata workshops are an effort to bring forward the best of ancient knowledge systems & contemporary thought for the wellbeing and growth of the individual and the community. The Workshops will be documented and published in the bi-annual Indic Magazine.

The International Innovation and Creativity Conference under the World Forum for Education- WFE each year will devote one day for The JUST INDIC Think Bharata workshop.

Ahaara -Food for the senses

Every person is unique, each individual absorbs from the external world: food, sounds, sights, interactions and more and processes it to either create health or imbalance.

Wellness happens when we are mindful of what we put into our body physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. This workshop will bring that awareness and well-being through the ancient sciences of cooking, fitness, health, performing and visual arts, chanting, discussions, meditation and more.

Ahaara: Workshop I (Food and Fitness)

Ahaara is an exciting innovative workshop in which Ayurveda, Yoga and Culinary art will all come together to create an understanding of fitness, health, and food.

A day with royal descendants, scholars, artists, and people from all over the globe with finger-licking Satwik cuisine curated by expert traditional dieticians.
