Art is therapeutic. It relaxes us. It encourages flexibility, creativity, and imagination. It also instills confidence, independence and a sense of accomplishment. It helps in developing healthy self-esteem.
This session is for all those who are stressed, who want a break from their hectic life or who want to socialize. It is a rejuvenating session and it is open for all. Idea is to come together, have coffee and unwind at Pepperfry. We will facilitate the session but there won't be any teaching.

She is a self-taught artist. She is in art since childhood. Practicing it seriously for the last 2 years. She has been part of many art exhibitions in Bangalore. She is into many different art forms. She has conducted many art workshops in Bangalore. She is a certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach.
