MIND CONDITIONING FOR WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
'Recent research in neuroscience shows we can train our mind like we train our body at the gym to stay calm, fit and focused.
Mental conditioning involves the positive workout of our brain utilizing movements, music and meditation.
Negative thought patterns and self-talk affects the whole body chemistry so the Mental Conditioning helps retain that inner voice using powerful affirmations.
The positive affirmations for fitness, weight loss and over health are given during the meditation which gets programmed in the subconscious mind and is manifested in the physical body.
In this workshop you will also learn how to break bad habits (ex: junk food cravings) which is contributing to your weight with the help of meditation and mindfulness.
Also includes a discussion on mindful eating and fasting practices.
