Kaikeyi, the only daughter of the mighty Ashwapati, was raised by a vet nurse called Manthara. Otherwise known to be a loving mother to her stepson Rama, Kaikeyi used her boon to send Rama to the forest for 14 years. What made her so villainous?
Gandhari chose to blindfold herself. Mother of 100 sons, she was unable to stop them in their evil doings. Helpless after losing her 100 sons Gandhari cursed Krishna with the death of all yadavs in a similar fashion as her sons. Was she responsible for the evil-doing of her sons?

Artists: Namita Bodaji is a Mumbai based Bharatanatyam dancer with several prestigious performances in India as well as abroad. Namita is one of the teachers on Madhuri Dixit's online dance academy Dance with Madhuri. Sandhya Manoj is a Malaysia based Odissi dancer with a very impressive lineup of performances all over the world.
These two artists will be performing two different styles of Indian classical dance present the story of Gandhari and Kaikeyi. Music composed by Sri N N Sivaprasad.
