Each student will place icing and decorate one cake from start to finish.
We start from the basics and students will learn how to make a basic cake. Detailed recipes will be provided, along with great tips and techniques.

About the instructor:
Swarup Chandrashekar has been certified by the Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts. He has trained hundreds of students in whole wheat breads, eggless desserts and tea cakes.
Classes have limited students to maximise student interaction.
