If you would like to begin 2020 with a deep connection with nature, yourself and others, join in for the our walk this month. Our walks have a research-based framework that enables healing and wellness through easy meditative walks.
This is good for people who have had a hectic 2019 but feel they are going nowhere in life, would like to get back in touch with who they really are, haven't had the time to get away from family/work or societal responsibilities for some 'me-time', who feel a sense of despair/hopelessness with the chaos in the world, who feel the need to reconnect with themselves in a safe space without lectures or someone telling them what to do or be,

Investment: Rs 1500 (Inclusive of a customized Journal, Pen, Clay creations to take home & a light snack).
What will we do?
This will consist of a healing walk, guided forest meditation, simple reflective questions for 2020 for yourself and intuitive Clay creations symbolic of our reflections in nature that you can take back home.
Who will do it?
We will be guided by Anubha, an expert potter for the clay creations, who loves everything clay and has an intuitive relationship with clay and people using clay. And the Nature walk will be facilitated by Vaishnavi who is certified by the European Institute of Forest Therapy, is also an art therapy practitioner, Life coach, and a Leadership skills facilitator.
Part of the proceeds will be donated for Afforestation work. Last year we were able to donate to create a mini forest of 160 trees with the help of Sadhana forest, Auroville.
We have a place for only 12 people maximum.
