This workshop covers :
1. Warm-up stretches and cardio to get the blood ready for all the action.
2. Drills like push-ups, practicing punches and kicks, and physical conditioning
3. Learn punches, kick combos, grappling and throws!
4. Basic combat skills, and how to face your opponent in every scenario

Siddharth is well versed at close combat, Judo, Krav Maga, Taekwondo and Boxing. He also provides physical training and conditioning. He's worked as a personal trainer for 3 years.
