Ashitha Bhagwan has had over a decade of experience representing startups, founders, investors, and funds on aspects related to corporate law, venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, strategic business alliances, and intellectual property. A dual licensed lawyer, Ashitha regularly structures, counsels and negotiates transactions related to the formation, growth and exit of multinational companies.
Ashitha has handled numerous cross-border transactions and works with Indian entrepreneurs to help set up and expand their US operations. She also advises on US companies looking to expand into India. Ashitha’s experience with the Indian legal system makes her uniquely suited to better serve clients doing business in or with India. She is fluent in English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi.
Vivek Boray represents numerous start-up and later-stage technology companies as their outside general counsel. He's experienced in start-up formation, venture capital investments and financing transactions and other private equity and debt securities offerings, as well as commercial debt financing, technology licensing, joint-venturing, corporate restructuring, recapitalizations and merger and acquisition transactions. He has represented emerging companies in a variety of industries as well as venture capital funds. He also has a significant experience advising on cross-border matters. His previous experience includes working as a corporate attorney with leading law firms in the Silicon Valley, New York City, and the Middle East.
Vivek also work hands on in incubating startup concepts, building products and commercializing them. Flometry is a recent example of this. In addition to this, He's involved in content creation and production, including film and digital media as well as event curation and development. He sits on several non-profit boards as well.
