She was inspired in 2014 to set up women for women's health service (WfWH) along with her colleague after a growing realization that by empowering a woman through information and open discussion, not only her health improved but also that of her entire family. They recognized the key role that nutrition and lifestyle play in major gynecological conditions such as some cancers, polycystic ovarian syndrome, menopause.Dr. Bajekal believes this knowledge should be available to people of all ages and from all walks of life. Young people especially are at the right stage where making small changes can have a tremendous impact on their future health.

WFWH run women’s health workshops in London since January 2015, aiming to educate and empower women to make better health choices. Profits are used to improve women's health.
