PLAN: - Understanding and experiencing the chakras through Asana, Pranayama, Sound and Meditation. - Learning the anatomy & physiology behind practices - Getting to know the the Pancha Koshas or the five sheaths
The first module, addresses the Mooladhara or the Root chakra. The practices will raise your awareness of the chakra and help you to work towards keeping it balanced.
Through these practices, learn to - Ground your awareness into the here and now. - Connect with the self, develop an innate sense of belonging. - Identify & overcome fear/anxiety towards building a strong foundation for spiritual growth. - Enhance stability and security, create balance, physically and emotionally. - Destress & bring in more vitality
The session will be faciliated by Sheetal Jayaraj. Sheetal is an RYS certified yoga instructor. She conducts group and personal classes, corporate sessions and workshops in Bangalore.
