Join us for a one-hour fun workshop on a style that is universally loved Bollywood! All said and done, at the end of the day, it is the desi beats that get the most grooves. The workshop will start with body conditioning, focusing on the areas that need strengthening for this form, followed up by an exciting choreography to a Bollywood track.
Bollywood music differentiates itself by defined beats; this workshop will also focus on musicality, styling, and expressions, really packing in that punch in your performance! No prior dance experience is needed, just two feet and a wide smile.
About the trainer, Madri has been dancing since the age of 7. Over time she has trained in Bharatnatyam, Folk, Indian Fusion, Western Freestyle, and Belly Dancing. Additionally, she is also a trained yoga practitioner. She has been dancing professionally since 2015, performing at various events, festivals and; taking workshops and community classes. She is passionate about health and wellness and truly believes that creative arts are the key to physical and mental well-being in today's fast-paced day and age.
