A regular practice of Yoga cultivates good health and overall well-being. It contributes to strength, flexibility, balance, better blood circulation and is even known to boost immunity. A good Yoga session takes you through multiple Asanas or postures and breath-work, ending in meditation and self-inquiry. At MettaSphere, we offer Yoga programmes that can be practiced by people of all ages and different fitness levels. We focus on form and posture, strength, balance, breath and mind-body awareness. Our sessions are rooted in pure technique. No gimmicky stuff here folks!
