Breathing through improv (3 hours) Sat, 23 Nov, from 2 pm to 5 pm
A workshop where body and mind melt together and where a new zone of intimacy is found between the players through different breathing techniques. We will focus on accepting at a deeper level, and to support the other one with being 100 per cent present.

About the Bengaluru Improv Festival
The Bengaluru Improv Festival is Indias FIRST and the ONLY Improv festival. Our first edition in November 2018, marked India's entry on the global Improv map with much vigour. India has a thriving Improv potential. After our first successful edition, we aim to keep bringing BIF back with the intention to get all those who practice the art of Improv under one roof. The festival will see international Improv artists, who will collaborate with us to perform and teach their experienced knowledge about art.
