Hi Everyone!!

Since the Ganesha festival is just around the corner, we at The Little Art Room have an interesting workshop for you!!

This year you can make your Ganesha in a Madhubani Style Painting, so a part of him can stay with you all round the year!!

Did you know the Madhubani art form dates back to the time of Ramayana?

Legend states that when King Janaka wanted the wedding of Lord Rama and Sita to be captured, they were done so in the form of paintings and thus, the Madhubani form of painting was invented.

This is a fun and exciting workshop. By the end of which you can take home your own piece of art inspired by this ancient form of Indian folk art!!

Date: 25th August'19

Duration 3 hours

Time- 2 to 5 pm

Ticket Price- Rs.2000/- per person

Materials- will be provided

  • No previous experience in art/craft is required
  • Prior Registration is necessary
