In our one day workshop, you will learn how to bake an eggless & an egg-sponge cake, and we will train you in the basics of icing and pastries that you will later work on to practice and perfect your icing skills. The end result would be a masterpiece that you’d never believe you could make.
With us, you will learn to make and use cream icing, chocolate truffle icing and more. The class will include decoration with cream and chocolates. We will also show you how to make and apply glaze icing, chocolate decoration and more.
