A mix of ancient yoga, workouts, and advanced exercises for women who cares for everybody but doesn't get time to spend on self well being. This first of its kind workshop delivers the simplest and richest techniques in yoga, workouts, and exercises that can be easily practiced at the comfort of your home. Learn, absorb and practice at this one day workshop for a beautiful you inside out!

Book it for your mom, your wife, for the women you love which is you, for yourself. Experience, learn and then practice at the comfort of your home just for 30 minutes thrice a week. If nothing else we assure you of a great and healthy time when you are truly loving yourself for some time in this life-time.

Who can attend: 25 to 45 years old women

9 am to 5:30 pm including 1 Detox meal and snack

Program includes:

  • Simple Ancient Yoga Asanas
  • Beat the age: Face Yoga
  • High-Intensity Workouts
  • Conditioning Exercises
  • Beat the stress: Simple Meditation Technique

Reporting time: 8:45 am

9 am: Introduction to the program and instructions for the day

9:15 am to 10 am: Yoga techniques

10am to 10:45am: Practice 


11 am to 11:30 am: Face yoga and practice

11:40 am to 1 pm: Learn the workouts and Practice

Detox Meal: A specially created ensemble of the delicious and nutritious meal to help you detox

2:30 pm to 3 pm:  All about diet and nutrition 

3 pm to 4 pm: Conditioning Exercises

4 pm to 4:30 pm: Healthy snacking

4:30pm to 5pm: Meditation and Program Conclusion.

5 pm to 5:30 pm: Any questions and answers
