Start your weekend with an immersive Hatha Yoga Session, where our experienced yoga teacher will guide you through different yogic practices of Asanas, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra followed by a healthy and nutritious Breakfast served at our health care

About The Instructor: Ashwin Patil is a certified and trained yoga teacher at Sivananda Ashram, Rishikesh and Patanjali Yog Peeth. He is also a nutrition coach and believes in blending ancient and modern sciences to enable wellbeing.

The workshop includes:-

1)Yogic practices: A specially curated sequence of Asanas, Pranayama, Bandha and Dhyaana to strengthen our body, optimize Prana ( energy/chi) and raise our consciousness.

2) Yoga Nidra:- This is a powerful tool to relax our mind and cleanse our subconscious negative memories. This technique also helps in relaxing the mind at the level of deep sleep and thus enhances our mental performance.

3) A Satwik and Delicious Breakfast:- We at Dhyaana Cafe have carefully curated a Satwik and healthy menu by applying principles of Ayurveda and Nutrition. We offer yummy breakfast which is prepared with the right intentions, care and love. Post our session, the group will sit together and eat mindfully.
