In this workshop, Manoj, with the assistance of Sandhya will take you through an in-depth anatomical, philosophical and practical session of Manasa yoga. It will include:
Biomechanical analysis and practice of forward bending category of postures- in supine, standing and seated orientations
Core strengthening postures and movements
Foundational strengthening work for arm balances of yoga
Analysis and practice of backward bending postures as well as rotational movements
Philosophical basis for the posture/ movement practices of yoga
About the teacher: Manoj has been introduced to yoga at a very young age, and has been teaching in Malaysia for the last 20 years. He has trained and certified hundreds of successful yoga teachers, has given countless seminars and presentations at various reputed platforms, has been a regular contributor to leading News dailies of Malaysia and has authored two books on yoga (Making Patanjali Palatable and Celebration of Asanas).
