This 10 days of hands-on workshop have been designed especially for culinary enthusiasts, home-makers, working women during this festival season who want to learn the daily cooking and brush up wide range of culinary skills ranging from day-today cooking to Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Thai,to the Indian cuisines and on top of that a special session on basic baking and cake icing as well.

At the end of 10 days , you will be able to lean and cook more than 70 dishes:

Day 01: For Beginners

  1. Different types of Vegetable Cutting
  2. Different types of Prathas and Chapati
  3. Different types of Tea
  4. Different types of Sabji (Dry & Gravy)
  5. Chutney

Day 02: For Beginners

  1. Different types of Rice
  2. Different types of Daal
  3. Choley-bhatoore
  4. Ragda Patties
  5. Sweets
  6. Basic uses of Microwave and Induction 

Day 03: Soup & Salad


  1. Cream of Mushroom
  2. Sweet Corn Veg. Soup
  3. Lemon Grass Soup
  4. Tomato Soup


  1. Russian Salad
  2. Waldorf Salad
  3. Caesar Salad
  4. Thai Salad

Day 04: Sandwich & Drinks


  1. Veg Sandwich
  2. Veg Sandwich Grill
  3. Three-layered Cheese Sandwich
  4. Veg Mayo Sandwich
  5. Mumbai Masala Sandwich
  6. Chocolate Sandwich


  1. Cold Coffee

Day 05: Fast Food

  1. Bread Roll

  4. Hara-bhara Kabab

Day 06: Chinese Cuisine

  4. Szechwan Fried Rice
  5. Exotic Vegetable with Burnt Garlic Sauce
  6. Spring Rolls (Veg/Non-veg)

Day 07:  Italian & Mexican Cuisine

  1. Pasta with Mornay Sauce
  2. Pasta with Arrabiata Sauce
  3. Veg Pizza
  4. Tiramisu
  5. Tacos with refried beans
  6. Churros


Day 08: Thai Cuisine

  1. Thai Red Curry
  2. Thai Green Curry.
  3. Sticky Rice with Mango
  4. Pad Thai Noodles
  5. Thai Green Mango/Papaya Salad

Day 09: Indian Cuisine

  1. Makhani Gravy
  2. White Gravy
  3. Green Gravy
  4. Biryani
  5. Moong Dal Halwa

Day 10: Basic Cake Baking & Icing

  1. Vanilla cake
  2. Chocolate cake
  3. Cupcake
  4. Muffins
  5. Cake icing-Black Forest

Note:This is a hands-on workshop where they can also carry their cooked recipes for their loved ones back home. You have to just carry the boxes for the same. You will be getting a file of recipes before the start of the session.

Total Fees: INR 10,000/- (You may pay through Cheque, Cash or Online using your Credit Card or Debit Card.)

Ganesh Festival Offer: 10% Discount (Rs. 1000/-) if registered on or before 17th of September by paying the registration Fees of Rs. 1000/- which will be adjusted in the total fees payable.

Date of Workshop: For 5 Days: 24th-30th September, 2018 + For 5 Days: 1st 5th October, 2018

Timing: 10:00 AM to 2.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
