Will the Monsoon10KRun 2017 certificate enable me to participate in all the Major marathons in India?
YES.
- The Monsoon 10KRun route is professionally measured by using Jones Counter.
- The timing will be recorded using RFID technology.
- The provisional results will be available within 12hrs of the event conclusion.
- Adequate anti cheating mechanisms and split point timing mat will be deployed during the race.
Will Tridhaatu Monson 10KRun 2017 E-certificate be accepted while applying for other races in India?
Monsoon 10KRun is affiliated with MSDAA and conducts the event as per their guidelines. Monsoon 10KRun route has been professionally measured with Jones Counter. Monsoon 10KRun timings are recorded by computerised timing chip. The E-certificates are uploaded within 48hrs after the race. Hence, the E-Certificate will be accepted while applying for bigger races in India

Is it a timed event?
Yes, Computerised timing chip will be provided to all 10Kms Road Race participants.
No timing chip will be provided for the 5Kms Spirit of Chembur Run.
What is the last date of registration?
Registration will close on 30th July 2017 by 12.00 midnight OR when the maximum limit of Running Places are filled in, whichever is earlier.
What does the Registration fee cover?
10Kms Road Race- The fee covers entry to the event, Official Race Tshirt, Timing Chip, Goodie Bag, Energy drink en-route,Race Bib , a beautiful Finishers medal, E-Certificate and Breakfast with choice of beverages including Beer.

When and where can I collect my Race number/BIB and Race Kit?

Please ensure that you collect your bibs on the dates mentioned above. Bibs will NOT be posted to individual addresses nor be distributed on race day, i.e. 6th August 2017.
At the time of bib collection, participants are requested to carry:
• Printout or Digital Copy of Event Registration:
Once you register for the event, you will receive a confirmation email for the same. Please bring along a printed copy of this email. Alternatively, you can save the email on your smartphone and show it to our representative at the registration counters. Please note that this is applicable only if the registered participant is visiting the registration counters in person.
• Proof of Identity:
Please carry a proof of identity in original, for example, your Aadhar card, Passport, Voter ID card, or PAN card, for verification purposes. Ensure that you collect the original documents from our volunteer before exiting the counter.
In case you are unable to come in person, your representative needs to carry:

o Photocopy of your (the participant's) proof of identity, for example, your Aadhar card, Voter ID card, Passport, or PAN card.

The event is organized under the aegis of MUMBAI SUBURBAN DISTRICT ATHLETICS ASSOCIATION. This will enable you to qualify for the biggest races in India. Timings will be recorded through Electronic method (Timing chip).
A participant can take part in one eligible Age Group only.
Registration will close on 30th July 2017 by 12.00 midnight OR when the maximum limit of Running Places are filled in, whichever is earlier.
BIBs will be distributed on 4th and 5th August 2016 at Chembur Gymkhana. Time 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
Mandatory documents while collecting the BIB –
i) Application acknowledgement receipt.
ii) proof of age for verification along with Photocopy.
iii) Authority letter for collecting the BIB of any other participant.
The BIB allotted to the participant is non-transferable and request for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
Without a valid Bib the participant will not be allowed to take part in the event.
The decision of the Race Organizers will be final and binding.
The event organiser reserves the right to modify the Date, Venue, Distance, Race Start time and other changes related to this event at any given point of time.
