Itinerary Catch the 11.46 am CST-Kasara local train from your nearest location Reach kasara by 01.58pm. OR You can come by your own vehicle till Baba da Dhaba, Latifvadi near Kasara meet us at 2.30 pm and follow our vehicles.
02:00 PM: Meet us at the Ticket Window at Kasara station from there we will take the jeeps and head to Baba Da Dhaba where participants can have lunch/snacks on A-La-Cart basis. (self-paid)
02:50 PM: Head out from Baba Da Dhaba and proceed towards the campsite. 04:30 PM: Reach the campsite and freshen up. 05:00 PM: Have fun with bonus activities 05:30 PM: Snacks will be served. Continue with activities or just sit and relax at the campsite. 07:30 PM: Once the activities are all done, tents will be allotted 08:00 PM: Antakshari, Dumb Charades Approximately between 9-10 pm Dinner will be served and post-dinner We will be going for sighting thousands of fireflies. :)
Around 11.30 pm, its time for winding up the day. You may choose to spend time around fireflies as long as you want or relax in your tents. Morning you will be provided Tea and Breakfast around 8 am. By 8.30-9 am its time to head back to Kasara.

Exclusions: Lunch on Day 1 (we will halt at a Dhaba along the way where those who wish to have lunch can do so at their own expense). Bottled water, soft drinks, etc. Any other personal expenses.
Points to note:
Tents Stay : Styrofoam mattress and blanket will be provided in the tents to keep yourself comfortable. Tents will be allocated on 2/3/4 sharing basis depending on tent size. (In case of rains, an attempt will be made to provide shelter in the forest/mountain region. Tents cannot be pitched in rains or if its windy )
The main focus of the event is Fireflies and this is not a Camping focused event. Tents/dormitory stay are just a medium to provide shelter for the night.
If weather goes bad, accommodation will be provided in homestay/ dormitory instead of tents or the tents will be setup at at shelter location. Please do not book this event if your focus is on camping only. This is specifically a fireflies focused event and due to weather conditions all other things cannot be assured.
Washroom : Washroom is available at a walking distance of 5 min.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - (FAQ) & Points to Note
Q1. Does the campsite have Washroom Facility?
Ans. We have washroom available at 3 min walking distance from the lake which is a source of drinking water for villagers. It is a common washroom for all participants of the camping event.
Q2. Is it safe for solo participants?
Ans. Yes, mostly 30% of participants come up solo and blend in.
Q3. Is it safe for girls?
Ans. Mischief Treks has a track record of making our trekking and camping events extremely safe for girls. Normally 60 - 65 % of our participants are females.
Q4. What all things are provided in the tent?
Ans. The tent contains a Styrofoam mat which is similar to a yoga mat and a blanket for each person. We suggest you bring (optional) a bedsheet or blanket to add on to the comfort levels.
Q5 How many people will share the tent OR can we have a separate tent for ourselves?
Ans. We have tents of 3 different size. 2/3/4 person capacity tents are available, you can choose from any of these as per the number of persons coming along with you. Tent size is as per standard international norms for tents. The 2 person tent is dimension: 200 x 150 x 110 cm. The 3 person tent has dimensions 200 x 200 x 130 cm. The 4 person tent has dimensions 220 x 250 x 150 cm.
Q6. Can we pay in cash or installment?
Ans. Sorry, we do not accept cash payments. For installment scheme, you will have to pay a one-time processing fee of Rs.500 per person.
Q7. What is the last date of booking?
Ans. Bookings close once tickets are sold out. Ideally, you need to book at least 2-3 days in advance.
Q8. Why are toilets away from tents?
Ans. The water in the lake is a source of drinking water for nearby villages. As per general guidelines toilets need to be at least 100 mtr away from all the sources which feed water to the lake during the rainy season.
Q9. I have booked/paid for the event, is my booking confirmed?
Ans. No!, your booking can become invalid if you do not submit the "Most Important Details" required for emergency situations. For any Trek/Adventure event the organizers need to have your details at least 24 hours prior to the event. We do not allow anyone to the campsite until we have complete and authentic details of the person. This info is crucial in case of emergency and is a mandatory KYC parameter. The link for the "personal details form" will be sent along with the ticket confirmation email. Submitting incomplete/incorrect/fake details in the form will make your booking invalid and no refund will be provided in such case.
Q10. We are coming by our own vehicle for camping event where should we reach & how far is campsite?
Ans. You need to reach "Baba Da Dhaba" at scheduled meeting time, the "Dhaba" is at 10 min driving distance from kasara station. This is where we will halt for lunch, from here you can follow our vehicles. After this point cellphone network coverage is bad and our team won't be contactable. You will be given exact coordinated after you finish booking formalities. The campsite is 1hour 20 min drive from Kasara Station.
Q11. How many people will be at the camping event?
Ans. Depends on the number of people booking the event. Generally, the batch size is approximately 40 participants. Overall the location will have roughly 100 participants.
