She is a Life and Laughter Development Specialist working with individuals, groups, and corporations to improve the quality of life for more effective and efficient results.
Poonam conducts a variety of opportunities including workshops, classes, certified training, conferences and retreats that serve and inspire individuals and groups to discover the benefits of living joyfully with simple techniques and meaningful exercises where everyone can benefit.

Do I have to crack a joke or perform some comedy?
Laughter Yoga doesn’t require to develop your sense of humor to evoke laughter, nor does it aim to turn you to a standup comedian. In LY sessions laughter is initiated as an exercise and is done in such a flow that it automatically turns into a natural laughter, providing immense health benefits and turning any boring environment to a lively one.
What preparations are required for a Laughter Yoga Session?
Only the “Willingness to laugh”.
Join in some comfortable clothing, not tight around belly area.
No yoga mat, no gym shoes, no intense workout, no equipment, no special clothing and no prescribed time schedule.
