Three-Day Weekday Residential Workshops In Goa
Distinct from the run-of-the-mill and mundane classroom exercises, the Three-Day Weekday Residential Workshops will be held at exotic outdoor venues, including those of DraftCraft International's 'live projects' in Goa.
About The Workshop
Religion and the Law (Focus - Sabrimala)
Religion has been the bone of contention for most in Independent India. Secularism, assured and delivered, in judgements and rulings across India will be analysed here. Alongside, the history of Secularism, Religion and the State's twin-edged bias towards the strict essence of Secularism will be examined particularly in the context of Constitutional Provisions and Guarantees. Freedom of Religion in newly-freed India vs Freedom of Religion in today's context will also be discussed. The Sabrimala judgement will be point of focus in today's context.
