The first step to a series of exquisite food festivals exploring the various "Royal Cusines" along the " Magnificent Culinary Destinations of India".
We are commencing our journey from Mahmudabad, "Kingdom of Oudh'' depicting its Royal robust cuisine from the Awadhi kitchens of Mahmudabad.
The food research was purely based on data collected from the internet and from a one day visit to Mahmoodabad. The hotel or the team did not get a chance to meet the Maharaja or anyone from the royal family. The name 'Dining with the Maharajas' is only an expression wherein a guest can experience royalty similar to that of dining at a royal durbar and does not imply that the Maharaja of Mahmoodabad would be dining at Dilli32. The festival is not connected to the royal family of Mahmoodabad. The festival has been purely conceptualized by the team of expert chefs of Dilli32.
