Abhisek has more than 12 years of experience in the field of HR and Technology. He is an accomplished HR Leader currently leading the HR for SDGC, a cybersecurity company. Prior to this Abhisek has worked with Manipal Hospitals as a part of the corporate HR team leading a gamut of strategic HR initiatives, including a large scale HRMS implementation. In the past, Abhisek has been part of organizations like IBM and SAP Labs where he has led the implementation of HR Tech systems for diverse organizations from various industries like IT, Healthcare, Automotive, etc. Abhisek has seen the HR Tech process from all corners – as a buyer, as a seller, and as a service provider. He has extensive experience in drafting and responding to RFPs.
Abhisek is an engineering graduate of NIT Surat and a post-graduate of XLRI. Being an engineer by education, Abhisek is passionate about the technology side of HR and follows the HR tech space keenly.
Abhishek has also run a tech-startup in the past and acts as an advisor to startups on HR process and policies.
