We have been hearing about soul since childhood, but very few experience soul and the 'soul' remains a mystery.
Many people today are victims of mental stress, anxiety, anger, irritation, frustration, boredom and it sometimes leads to depression. I believe that if they had self-realization, this could have been avoided. This is because the soul is complete in itself, it is indestructible, immortal and joyful. When we establish in our Self(Soul) realization, these qualities become ours. In this state, there is nothing to worry about and fear.
