Kokedama is a Japanese word that simply translated, means moss ball.
It is a traditional Japanese gardening technique of creating an artful, instagrammable plant wrapped in a ball of soil, covered with moss.
Making Kokedama is a fun process that involves stripping soil from the plant's roots, and using a special soil blend to sculpt the plant into a ball, which is later bound with moss.
Based on a form of bonsai, these moss covered hanging orbs are the perfect addition to your home, or even as a gift!
Come learn the art of making spring-inspired Japanese Kokedamas.
Kit includes Kokedama plant, 5 ceramic plant plate, Kokedama soil mix, jute string for twining.
It's an all-inclusive workshop, you come empty-handed and take a Kokedama with a plant plate to nurture and cherish.
