About Young-Scientist
Young-Scientist is a startup that has been revolutionizing science education for the past three years- making it fun and exciting. Our ensures that at least 50% of its programs contain hands-on activities. We believe that learning is best when immediately reinforced by a visual and tangible lesson. Some of the experiments we do are demonstrations for the safety of the children. However, none of our workshops is "pure theory/lecture", unless otherwise stated. We encourage the children's active participation in experiments/activities whenever possible.
- The key concepts per session will be kept minimal and simplified.
- They will be reinforced repeatedly, along with experiments, to achieve the desired learning outcomes.
- Experiments and activities will be distributed over the duration of the session.
- Theory sessions will be concise and will clarify common misconceptions and pitfalls.
- Videos and animations will be employed whenever possible.
- Worksheets and Observation sheets will be provided wherever necessary.
