Thanks for organising this event. It takes a lot of effort and planning to organise such an event without any issues.I have a few suggestions which you may consider.1 in summers try to start the race a little early2 ensure that at the hydration points you have glucose.3 at the start of the race at least provide a bottle of water, 200 ml so that the runners can keep themselves hydrated.
