Public Speaking is an art of giving power to words-to influence, inspire and transform lives -Dirish
Have you ever struggled while making a presentation?
Failed to make an impact at team meetings?
Felt under-confident addressing a gathering?
Struggled to answer questions with confidence while attending interviews?
..then this is the program for you!
About the Course
The program will deal with various elements of speaking on stages such as as-speech scripting, delivery, body language, and voice modulation. The program also deals with how to handle a corporate presentation and teaches you the basics of storytelling, that would be helpful while pitching an idea, convincing your superiors or successfully closing a sales pitch.
The program will be conducted over 6-weekends, with 12 hours of classroom sessions. During each session, a new aspect of mastering the art of stage will be dealt with. It's a practical program. No notes or hand-outs will be provided. You learn and practice at the session. Demo speeches will be delivered and discussed. Post each session, you would be given a small assignment of preparing a 300-350 word speech ( 3 min), that needs to be delivered in the following session. The speeches would be mentored and corrected by me during the course of the week, to help you learn the art of speech crafting.
Assignments need to be taken seriously; else the program wouldn't be effective. It is a 6 WEEK PROGRAM, not just 12 hours of classroom sessions. At the end of the entire duration, the program will equip you to handle stage with greater confidence and comfort.
Your commitment will result in a life-changing experience!
Class Timings: Saturdays 3 pm-5 pm
Location: Clayworks, opposite Garuda Mall, Commissariat Road, off MG Road

Norms of the Program:
This is a Certificate Program. You would be issued a certificate post successful completion of the program, stating you have been coached and mentored by Dirish Mohan.
It is a 6-week program with around 5 assignments involved, which the participant needs to deliver the following week. Without delivering your speeches on stage, you will never be able to master stage. Therefore it is pertinent to deliver all the speeches to successfully complete the course.
However, there can be a possibility that the participant may be traveling/unable to attend one of the sessions. In such an event, they would be allowed to deliver the speeches in the following session. The participant may also get in touch with the coach to discuss the learnings of the class he/she skipped, post 7 pm on any of the days.
The participant needs to attend a minimum of 4 of the 6 sessions and complete all assignments in order to receive the certificate of completion. This is a strict rule to graduate from the program. The intent here is to equip everyone who graduates from the program to handle any opportunity on stage with greater confidence.
