The story is one of the most powerful tools, in unraveling the inner side of individuals. Some might say, the story is just another narrative, but experts state that stories have the potential to move people to create an action (Woodside, 2008). Insignificant and unimportant aspects of daily functioning get their meaning when drafted in the form of a story. Even when it goes, unacknowledged, stories occupy the primary position of communication in any era. From jogging our memories to experiencing extreme emotions, through stories, we can transcend into reflecting ourselves, as enduring beings.

They are capable of shaping our meaning-making process, brings the trivial to the foreground, they are a representation of who we are and encourage the listeners to employ their imagination to make sense, which indeed makes us a part of the story. This way, we shape stories inside ourselves. Across generations and centuries, stories have been a landmark of collaboration and connection, (Rutledge, 2011) and because it intersects with the human mind, it becomes a universal mirror for humanity. Objectively speaking, stories carry out certain integral functions subconsciously:

• Assisting in developing patterns in the information given, to give meaning.
• Activates all the parts of the brain, which one might use if they were actually in the story, playing a role. This is how, all humans are wired to listen to a story, to abstract and personify meanings that are relevant to their living conditions.
• Borrowing from the above point, it can change the way one is thinking, based on the effectiveness of one’s story and storytelling skills (Jones, 2014).
