A Glimpse of Young Food Entrepreneurs Conference 2016
Young Food Entrepreneurs Conference 2017
About the Event
Though food industry is the major part of the retail sector and contributes majorly to the GDP of the nation, the simplest knowledge about the precarious food start up may not be known to the youth who do not belong to the business family. A simple proposition to make young start-ups aware of the dangers, prospects, financial investments, funds, to help them build networks and enhance their brand equity in the coming time, Young Food Entrepreneurs Conference 2016 was conceptualized.
This event was organised and conducted at the prestigious J. W. Marriott, Juhu, Mumbai.
The initial idea of the conference was a small gathering of around 50 consisting of eminent people, known business brands, investors and young food startups who could together develop alliances and grow network for empowering budding food businesses. However, the conclave garnered more than 80 people who joined in.
The event received huge response and accolades from several food businesses. To recreate the magic once more, Young Food Entrepreneurs' Conference 2017 will once again see the light of the day, this time in Bengaluru.
Bengaluru has a hub of food businesses and startups that grew up quickly; however, most vanished before they could turn two.
They had it all - funds, investors, market, consumers, networking - all that is essential to sustain a business. Still, food startups plummeted to their downfall with no visible cause. Young Food Entrepreneurs' Conference aims to understand this cause and more to help startups sustain and flourish in the I.T Capital of the country.
The conference will have experts and gargantuan business owners speak about each and every step of a food business from licensing and storage to logistics and retail safety. You shall find investors, plausible business partners looking to make an investment of diverse kinds in a business with potential to gain momentum. There shall be a platform called Startup Showcase for naive businesses with the most innovative idea and business line of operation.
Last but not the least, the conference shall be a hearth of information and knowledge that will be priceless for anyone who is about to or has just began their food business.
It takes more than hard work, money and infrastructure to begin a food business; it needs networking, support from the peers, advices from the experienced and most important, passion to nurture and grow your food baby.
Young Food Entrepreneurs Conference 2017 invites Food Businesses from across the nation and beyond to participate to this event in Bengaluru.
