Substitution: You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us no later than two days before the event. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation letter will be emailed to the new person.

Cancellation: ITAG Business Solutions reserves the right to cancel the conference, or merge sessions during the conference. In the event of cancellation of the GIPC, a full refund of the registration fee paid will be made. However, any fees incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, will not be paid by ITAG and are your responsibility.
