The science of mindfulness and meditation is compelling, offering benefits to just about anyone: reducing anxiety and stress, improving memory and increasing tolerance and self-awareness. This has cascading effects on the physical side, it improves cardiovascular health, reduces inflammation and slows down the effects of ageing. It also fills you with positive energy and provides that awesome, natural, all-day buzz like nothing else can.

Mindfulness helps in reducing the incessant peripheral chatter in your mind and frees your mind-space to focus on problems calmly and clearly. A mindful mind is better equipped for problem-solving and decision-making.

While it is useful to attend the 2 parts in succession, they are structured such that either session can be attended individually too.
