Drinks was served in Plastic Glass which was very disappointing and the DJ and Food taste was ok ok. Overall very disappointed with event and the way it was organized. This has been my worst NYE celebration experience. There has been no clarity between your team and Sheraton Hotel team. There are different set of rules which are implied the hotel when booking is done through online / directly with the hotel. We as customers have not been updated about any rules like this. I had gone to Sheraton Grand alongwith my parents at 8:30 p.m. We didnt have any place to sit. There was no seating arrangement which was done or could be considered. Hotel staff was extremely uncooperative while we requested for a place. They said that it has been clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions that there will be no seating arrangement provided while you book online. While the terms and conditions which I had received from Eventshigh said that there would be no reserved seating available( it doesnt say that there will no seating available / only limited seats which would be on first come first basis). I would have planned my evening accordingly. I had to struggle for 2 hours where I could make my parents seated for barely 5 mins.You as a company has double standards where there are different set of rules discussed with the hotel and different set of rules published to us. I feel cheated both by you and the hotel. I dont understand that why someone would shell out such a huge amount and will struggle to have enjoyment. There were almost 40% more crowd where none of the people from this crowd had seats available. This New Years celebration has been the worst and I wont recommend anyone even my enemies to book through eventshigh. Dandiya Festival is based on Gujarati tradition of Dandiya. Unfortunately there was nothing Gujarati about it. Just a DJ party with ill managed venue and permissions. English party songs and Punjabi songs were unacceptable.
