As a beginner, it was really a great experience. Rashi is very patient and explains everything in detail about baking right from the beginning till the final decoration of the cake. I got to learn 10 different types of cakes with 6 types of sponges. She also revealed some tips and tricks related to cake baking. I learnt how to make photo cake, red velvet cake, black forest, chocolate truffle, doll cake and few more. Overall, an awesome learning workshop for me. Happy to share with you. I have done rashi's workshop last week and it was amazing. She explains and teaches everything so calmly. And the best thing was less number of people(6nos) per batch, as she focuses on personalized attention rather than larger audience.
