This unique workshop introduces the basic principles of Mindfulness through Photography.
We will learn tools to release stress and create more joy in our lives on a daily basis. By applying the principles of mindfulness in your day to day life you will feel relaxed, and increased energy level by being more present in every situation. The session will introduce simple asanas practice along with some reflective meditation during the session.

Prior exposure to photography is NOT required. A cell phone that has a camera is good to have for the class.
About the Instructor: Nitesh is an award-winning Film and TV producer and a Landscape and Nature photographer. He is an Ashtanga Yoga authorized practitioner (under the guidance of his guru Sh. Sharath Jois) and a student of mindfulness and yoga for over a decade. He has held Mindfulness workshops in India, US, and Japan. He currently runs the Mysore program at Ashtanga Yoga Sadhna in Bangalore, India. He has undergone Compassion Cultivation training at Stanford and Yogic Mindfulness under Mr. AG Mohan.
