Neeti Palta is among the very few popular women comedians in India. Not only does her comedy revolve around current affairs and politics, but also leaves the listeners with a message to live better each day. Her comedy has been exuberantly accepted by a large audience in India and across the world.
Neeti has showcased her talent to a varied audience such as corporates and students across Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cochin, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Goa, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, etc. Neeti was also chosen as the best stand up comic at the Oz Fest. She was also India's first stand-up comedian to perform at Melbourn for the Prestigious Melbourne comedy festival in 2013.
Neeti discovered her wittiness and sarcasm in 2000 when she volunteered for a part in Colin Mochrie. Before Neeti staged as a comedian she was a writer for television advertising. She was the senior art director at J. Walter Thompson, ex-head writer for Sesame Street USA's Indian venture, Galli Galli Sim Sim.
On February 2014 her first Bollywood screenplay "O Teri" was released. She further established a comedy outfit for corporates known as "Loony Goons". The show organized by Neeti targets corporate audience, private parties and comedy shows in pubs.Her audience is bound to feel Indian after being part of her shows.
She also writes her own scripts, these scripts resembles the issue of feminism. Neeti's comedy also revolves around themes of team building and networking. She has performed for corporate companies like Vodafone, Nokia, Royal Bank of Scotland, ITC and many others. Most importantly her shows are enjoyable to all.
