Here food is served in objects that copy the chemistry labs, menu cards resemble a memorabilia from world war 2 and what sets gaze upwards is the , ceiling lights made to look like the structure of a molecule, and the use of liquid nitrogen – voila and the place sets the fusion food to nth degrees of imagination. The offering here is a molecular delight with a German Brewery.
Freshly Crafted German beer,Rooftop ambiance and excellent food will spoil you for good. The bar is in the capable hands and will not disappoint you with its eclectic mixes. Molecule’s setup takes you back to Adolf Hitler’s ‘evil’ chemistry lab, food served in objects symbolic of a chemistry lab, menu cards in the form of memorabilia from the Second World War, ceiling lights made to look like the structure of a molecule, and the use of liquid nitrogen – all this put together takes fusion food to a level few have seen before. The outdoor do up is straight out of a picture card with red and white bougainvillea knitting atop of the paneled wooden frame. The seating is soothing and can make you green with envy. Classy as it can get. At night there are sprinklers to make sure the temperature is just right.
Do sip in the in-house special cocktails - raspberry and gin, hot apple cider with rum and molecular sangria .The menu will spoil you for more. With progressive bent of mind the presentation and plating is what sets the cuisine cut above the rest. Must try's the wood fire pizza, strange things called The Ring...its a mystery in it self, Molecule special Maggi in red or white sauce. Savour the mouthwatering galouti mousse in a cornetto like shape...
The cuisine is indeed progressive, a mix of European, Mediterranean, Indian and even Chinese, what stands out is the presentation that will blow you out of mind. Ever But our presentation is what sets us apart from the rest with all the theatrics and drama.
