Experienced climbers used to practise skills needed for scaling difficult sections of a mountain by rock-climbing; but by the 1980s it had evolved into a globally popular leisure pursuit in its own right, practised indoors and out. Though it seems an athletic sport, you don’t need to be super-fit to rock climb. Good technique is more important than physical strength, although the more you climb the stronger and fitter you will become. Rock climbing hones your patience, planning , analysis and improves concentration, determination and problem-solving skills. Other than personal skills, it also has a very social component because you’re never alone (or shouldn’t be) and you tend to develop strong friendships with your climbing partners. Get Rocking!

Simply Horrible. - Will not recommend even to my enemy. Bad - Not worth my time So-So. Good-some, bad-some. Amusing. Definitely worth attending. Wow, what an experience!
