This is regarding our order number 3936643 of purchase made online on 28th March through your website. After 2 years of online shopping from many websites, I have come across such a pathetic service from a State run website of Cauvery. You guys have a procedure for placing an order online, but post that the customer doesn't even exists for you. It's been more than 15 days of purchase, the product has not been delivered or dispatched. The agony doesn't end here because you guys have a non-existent customer service which never picks up calls or replies to emails.

Can you guys get back to us with the Status of this order, because this one has been already paid for? If you cannot deliver, process our refund. Obviously if you still don't have the courtesy to reply on this post, I will have to take the consumer forum way.

History of incense sticks in #India: The oldest source on #incense is the Vedas, specifically, the Atharva-Veda and the Rig-Veda. Incense-burning was used both to create pleasing aromas and for medicinal purposes. Its use in medicine is considered the first phase of Ayurveda, which uses incense as an approach to healing. Incense making was thus almost exclusively done by monks. As Hinduism matured and Buddhism was founded in India, incense became an integral part of Buddhism as well. Around 200 CE, a group of wandering Buddhist monks introduced incense-making to China.

Here is how a #Bidriware is prepared: #Bidri is cast with an alloy of zinc, copper and other non-ferrous metals and pretty designs are engraved with a grooving chisel. Thereafter it is inlaid with pure silver wire which is then polished with a buffing machine. The product is then dipped in a solution prepared out of the soil of the fort of Bidar which has special oxidizing properties. The zinc alloy then turns a lustrous black but the silver inlay stays intact to contrast beautifully with the dark background.

Hey #India, here is a storage tip for your #rosewood furniture: If you're using a rosewood table like the one below, move the items placed on top carefully to avoid scratches. For #Cabinets and #Cupboard , avoid storing sharp materials and never stuff it badly with things. This leads in problems while opening and closing of the doors, which eventually results in damage of hinges and also doors.

#Rosewood refers to any of a number of richly hued timbers, often brownish with darker veining, but found in many different hues. All rosewoods are strong and heavy, being suitable for guitars, marimbas, turnery, etc. These are handcrafted from hand-chosen rosewood just like this wall panel depicting a mother with her child.

The #art of sandalwood carving has been practiced in #Karnataka for at least a thousand years. The soft #aromatic wood can be delicately carved with ease to create elegant masterpieces. This Sandalwood Ganesha in a sitting posture [also known as Ganapathy] is a true masterpiece with a grand #sandalwood arch(also known as Prabhavali) and mounted on a rosewood base.
