Brennan was quick witted and answered all the questions to the point. He was approachable and spent time after the session with participants who wanted to speak to him one-on-one.

The sore point was the anchor - needs to work a lot on his communication skills - too many grammatical and pronunciation errors! His humor lacked punch. Difficult to believe that he has hosted over 200 shows!

The program placed priority on how the zoho developer platform works.

The event was highly informative as to how Zoho could be customized with necessary industry specific customizations.

I found it highly insightful opening avenues towards how one could not only modify and customize the crm but also bundle and market it to make revenue.

I would recommend this to anyone who intends on utilizing a customized CRM for their specific business needs. Definitely well worth it.

What does it take to be a good mentor?
91springboard Mumbai
What does it take to be a Mentor?

Apart from the fact that you have run/ are running a successful business,

1. The ability to listen is crucial. Unless you hear the other person out, in what capacity are you going to be able to help/validate someone's product?!

2. The willingness to share one's own experiences is often undermined. Sharing a story about your breakthrough period or a tumultuous time you've been through goes beyond just motivating and can sometimes change the outlook of a validation seeker.

Above all, you need to be a good human..
